A 66-unit, rehabilitation of an existing two story, garden apartment, community located in Houston, Texas. The project was considered at-risk with an expiring HAP contract and was preserved with the acquisition of the property in August 2015 by the partnership. Resident incomes range from 30% of AMFI to 60% of AMFI. Acquisition, construction, and bridge financing for this development was provided by BWE in the amount of $3.75MM. The bridge loan was a floater over prime at 6% IO. The property received a 9% HTC award and funding from the City of Houston CDBG-DR recovery funds related to Hurricane Harvey.
